This ensures that each product is crafted specifically for you, one at a time, to guarantee the highest quality possible. As a result, our delivery times may vary. However, this process also allows us to offer competitive pricing on our products. Thank you for your understanding and support!

Orders will be processed within 1 – 2 business days of ordering and shipped the day after the processing day. Please note that we do not ship on weekends.

Shipping Fee:
Shipping costs in the United States will depend on the total cost of your order. Please check the details below:
• United States: 3.99 US$
• International: 19.99 US$

The approximate shipping time according to each region:

• US Delivery Time: 3 – 7 business days (not including production time)
• International Delivery Time: 20 – 25 business days (not including production time)
• Due to the current situation, shipping time may be delayed by 5 – 10 days. We appreciate your understanding.

ORDER TRACKING

After placing your order, you will receive a confirmation email containing a tracking link that allows you to monitor your package until it arrives. Please note that it may take 1-3 days for the carrier to scan your package into their system.

If you try to track your package and no information is available, it means the carrier has not yet processed your parcel. Once scanned into the system, tracking updates will appear on the tracking page.

If your package has not arrived by the estimated delivery date, please don’t hesitate to contact us, and we’ll be happy to assist you.

INCORRECT ADDRESS

Please ensure that you provide the correct shipping address during checkout, as we cannot be held responsible if your order is delivered to an incorrect address.

If you contact the final mile carrier after your order has left our warehouse and request that they forward or redirect your package, please note that we cannot be held responsible for any loss, theft, or damage that may occur during transit.
